Our Night out at the Theatre

Started out again with a bowl of porridge. Today we picked up our tour at the London Tower. Walked through the old castle, held the sword of a knight, saw the crown jewels and royal guard. Went through the main tower, saw all the old armour and horses(fake). They had an interactive room where we could pull on a bow, lift a sword, looking through an armour helmet to see how little you could really see. Also a quiz on which weapons did what. We then took a boat ride down the Thames River to Westminter. We walked to the Abbey, and Sarah and I were given a kids trail scavenger hunt to do through the Abbey. Sarah and I had fun finding the clues, and learning about the kings, queens and other important people buried there. At the end, we got a chocolate coin for finishing the hunt. We were one of the last to leave at the end of the tour. We hurried home, and had 20 min to get dressed, for our night out at the theatre. There are over 100 theatres in London. We ate at Garfunkels Restaurant, were I had sausage and mash. We went to the Dominion Theatre and saw "We Will Rock You" with all the music of Queen. I got a glow stick and we all were waving them at the end for "We Are The Champions". Took the black taxi car home, and quickly fell asleep. I really liked my first London play.
